Type Book

This book was created to re-train the eye to see the form of a letter rather than a sound or a fraction of a word. In order to do so, I created patterns consisting of various letterforms, which gave them new significance by taking them out of their traditional context. The patterns are very elaborate, so the viewer loses sight of the letter and sees only an array of forms.
